Draw string bag tutorial

 Measure out two pieces of fabric of you choose 13inch by 20inch. I picked a pieces of denim so it will be durable.All so a pieces of cord (I got a cord from an old pair of jogging trousers) and any ribbons you want to add. I all so want to add a name tag as this will be for Ruby as her gym bag.

                  To make a embroidered name tag draw out your design on you fabric. 

                                               I am doing different coolers. all finished. 

                                  Sew on you patch and ribbon on one off you bits of fabric

                                                           Now put the right sides together 

                                         On one side pin the sides together 3inch from the top 

 Starting at the opposite side from the pined edge and sew from the top to bottom.
When along the bottom then up the remaining side till you get to the pin.
Double stitch at this point so it is secure. 

             Now turn your bag out the right way.
             Pin down your top edge half the the 3inch top flap.

           Saw this down.Make sure you double stitch at the beginning and end to secure the opening.

                               Attach a saved pin to the end of your cord
                               Now thread it throw the top flap. 

                                                           Knot the end of you cord tied.

                    One finished bag.
                    These bag are great for gym,swimming,pj case,book bag

Because every kid want's to be a super hero

        I have been wanting to make this for a while this one was for one of ruby's friends for his birthday x

Craig's 1st birthday

                 Yesterday was my wee baby boy's first birthday can't believe it has been a year all ready

                                                          20mins after he was born

 An hour after and we are getting ready to go home. Craig was born with the help of hypnobirth.I had him in just under 3 hours and had a really calm beautiful birth xx
